A brilliant choice of medium, not many artists these days are using the magnetic drawing pads, but it certainly adds to the childlike emotion your son was no doubt going for. A masterpiece. And the best thing to do with these types of works of art is to make a digital copy to archive forever!
Bringing back fond memories of my Etch-a-Sketch days. And better than some of the stuff in our National Gallery!
ReplyDeleteWow. great drawing. Umm, I don't know if you noticed, but your kid looks like a Shmoo.
ReplyDeleteMight want to see someone about that.
Awesome.

ReplyDelete@Dipplo - Wouldn't 'Bloody' preceed that?
ReplyDelete@Knatolee - Ah, yes. Very true of ours as well.
@Homemakerman - As a parent I'm more worried about the one missing ear. But I think it's a wonderful first rendition.
@Tim - In a word.
@Lee - Best. Comment. Ever. Thanks man.
My son has gotten pretty good drawing faces. He draws one with a huge head, says its me and then laughs about how big my head is.
ReplyDeleteOops, sorry about that. If you insist....
ReplyDeleteYour kids drawing is "Bloody Brilliant!"
