A brilliant choice of medium, not many artists these days are using the magnetic drawing pads, but it certainly adds to the childlike emotion your son was no doubt going for. A masterpiece. And the best thing to do with these types of works of art is to make a digital copy to archive forever!

@Homemakerman - As a parent I'm more worried about the one missing ear. But I think it's a wonderful first rendition.

My son has gotten pretty good drawing faces. He draws one with a huge head, says its me and then laughs about how big my head is.
