There is only one thing that actually makes raking up leaves on a blustery November Saturday enjoyable.

Yeah, you guessed it:

I like the coup de grĂ¢ce at the end with the stick.

Did you get any snow like we did up in Vancouver? If not, would you like it?

Nice leap!

Look at those ups.

We did that today as well--I mean I raked and my little assistants scattered my piles of hard work.

I like how he begins beating the leaves into submission after he lands. Showing those leaves who's boss.

That's sweet. And I do love the beating of the leaves into submission. Nice touch.

Here are two ways we do it in Flint:

Raking leaves should be fun.

I have retaining walls on two sides of my property. Every year we rake the leaves over the edge, and then at the end of the season clean them all up in one swoop. Until then, it's a jumping free for all. Every year, my Christmas card is of the boys in the leaves.

Love falling in Love with Fall!

That's awesome. My wife's uncles used to rake the leaves around stumps and have their friends jump into them

you are nice than I am. I would have placed a trampoline underneath the leaves. ;)

Everytime I did something like that as a kid I always broke out with some allergic reaction to the leaves...
